Vision
To see a global movement of Holy Spirit-empowered shepherds, deeply formed by the
Word, who disciple the nations by giving the complete essence of the gospel through signs
and wonders, care for the flock, and advance the Kingdom of God.
Mission statement:
Our mission is to form and equip shepherds after God’s own heart. Through the guidance
of the Holy Spirit, we provide deep theological training, through practical discipleship, and
character formation. We empower these shepherds to faithfully teach the Word by giving
the complete truth of the gospel, nurture spiritual growth through signs and wonders in
others, and multiply disciples who will likewise lead and love and grow Christ’s church
diligently in the Word of God through the comfort and guidance of the Holy spirit
prioritizing Christ centeredness and reduced influx towards monetary gains.
Mission statement in detail:
This statement describes a holistic, Christ-centered vision for training spiritual leaders
whose priorities are God’s heart, God’s people, and God’s mission—rather than money or
self-promotion.
1. Shepherds after God’s heart
“Form and equip shepherds after God’s own heart” means shaping leaders who share
God’s priorities: love, holiness, justice, mercy, and humble service. Such shepherds care for
people the way God does, feeding them with knowledge and understanding from
Scripture and guarding them from false teaching and harmful influences.
2. Guided by the Holy Spirit
“Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit” affirms that this is not just a human educational
project but a spiritual work. The Spirit leads the design of training, empowers the teachers
and students, convicts of sin, gives gifts, and keeps the whole mission dependent on God
rather than on human wisdom or technique.
“We provide deep theological training, through practical discipleship, and character
formation” means the program aims at:
• Sound, in-depth understanding of the Bible and doctrine (mind).
• Hands-on obedience, mentoring, and ministry practice (habits and skills).
• Holy, Christlike character—integrity, humility, purity, love, and perseverance
(heart).
“We empower these shepherds to faithfully teach the Word by giving the complete truth
of the gospel” stresses accuracy and fullness. Leaders are trained to handle Scripture
rightly, to preach and teach the whole counsel of God, not a selective or diluted message,
whether on salvation, holiness, suffering, mission, or stewardship.
“To nurture spiritual growth through signs and wonders in others” means expecting the
Holy Spirit to confirm the Word with His power as God wills: transformed lives, answered
prayer, deliverance, healings, and other manifestations that point people to Christ, not to
the minister. The focus is on people growing in faith, obedience, and spiritual maturity,
with signs serving that growth rather than becoming the centre of attraction.
“To multiply disciples who will likewise lead and love and grow Christ’s church diligently in
the Word of God” shows a multiplication vision. Trained shepherds are expected to:
• Make new disciples.
• Raise up more leaders.
• Build up local churches through consistent, Bible-saturated ministry.
“Through the comfort and guidance of the Holy Spirit” highlights dependence on the Spirit
for encouragement, wisdom, direction, and endurance. Ministry is often hard; the Spirit
strengthens shepherds, comforts them in trials, and guides decisions so that the work
remains aligned with God’s will.
“Prioritizing Christ centeredness” means Jesus Himself—His person, work, teaching, and
lordship—is the reference point for everything: theology, worship, ethics, leadership style,
mission strategy, and personal life. Success is measured by how much people are drawn to
Christ, shaped into His likeness, and submitted to His lordship.
“Reduced influx towards monetary gains” adds an important ethical and spiritual
safeguard. It means:
• Intentionally resisting a strong flow of motivation towards earning, hoarding, or
prioritizing money.
• Training and expecting shepherds who are not driven by greed, prosperity-driven
ministry, or using the flock for financial advantage.
• Encouraging contentment, simplicity, generosity, and transparent stewardship, so
that finances serve the mission rather than become the mission.
Put together, the statement says: this community exists to produce Spirit-led, biblically
rooted, Christ-centered, selfless shepherds who love people, preach the full gospel, walk in
the power and comfort of the Holy Spirit, avoid money-driven motives, and multiply
mature disciples and healthy churches.
